A synthetic 3% AFFF concentrate made with C6 fluorinated surfactants that can be stored and used down to -18°C (0°F). HD notes that at such temperatures the water supply must also be kept flowing with an anti-freezing agent.
An alcohol resistant AFFF concentrate used at 1% on hydrocarbon fires and 3% on polar solvent fires, in fresh, sea/salt or hard water. It blends C6 fluorinated surfactants, hydrocarbon surfactants, polysaccharides and solvents.
