An auto dialer connects to an alarm panel. When the panel triggers it, the dialer automatically calls preprogrammed telephone or mobile numbers and plays the matching emergency message, so the right people hear about a fire, burglary or other alarm. The Soft-Chip unit dials up to 9 numbers and is triggered by a 12 V or 24 VDC alarm panel.
Choose the number of channels (1, 2, 4 or 8) and the voice message length (20, 40 or 60 sec) to suit your control panel design. It works on GSM or a fixed line, using either your existing phone line or a dedicated one.
Programming is protected by a personal user code, and Soft-Chip lists remote programming from a mobile or phone, a PC interface and a built-in IVRS (interactive voice response system). Soft-Chip states that the unit is ERTL (North) tested. FPS supplies, installs, tests and services auto dialers with fire and security panels in Bhopal and across Madhya Pradesh.
