Pick the type for the hazard. Type 3 (EN 14605) resists liquid jets, Type 4 (EN 14605) resists liquid sprays, Type 5 (EN ISO 13982-1) keeps out dry airborne particles, and Type 6 (EN 13034) covers light splashes and spray. In this range DT300 DELTACHEM is the only Type 3 suit, DT250 and DT119 reach Type 4, and DT117, DT125, DT215 and DT115 are Type 5 and 6 overalls.
Check the extra markings. A B after the type, as in 4B or 5B, goes with EN 14126, protection against infective agents such as bacteria and viruses. EN 1149-5 means the fabric is antistatic, which matters near flammable vapours or dust, and EN 1073-2 class 1 covers protection against radioactive particle contamination. DT300, DT119, DT117, DT125 and DT115 carry EN 1149-5.
Then think about comfort and fit. SMS fabric (DT215) is breathable for long shifts, DT125 combines a microporous front with an SMS ventilated back, and the Deltatek 5000 microporous laminate (DT119, DT117) adds a polyethylene film for chemical and abrasion resistance. DT250 has integrated feet with non slip soles and tape to seal gloves to the sleeves. All are single use and come individually packed.
Tell FPS the chemicals or dust involved, the shift length and your size mix (M to 3XL), and we will suggest matching Delta Plus codes. Call or WhatsApp +91 92440 89060 for prices.
