Aaag Monitor Jet Nozzle, Fixed Flow, Aluminium (AAAG A119)
A fixed flow straight stream nozzle in aluminium for Aaag water monitors, calibrated in the factory to one of three flows.
Fire Protection System (FPS) is a supplier of Aaag monitor nozzles in Bhopal: fixed flow jet nozzles, jet spray and master stream nozzles, foam water nozzles and foam barrels in aluminium, gunmetal or stainless steel, all rated for a maximum of 12 bar. We supply them with fire monitors across Madhya Pradesh.
A fixed flow straight stream nozzle in aluminium for Aaag water monitors, calibrated in the factory to one of three flows.
A gunmetal fixed flow straight stream nozzle for Aaag water monitors, calibrated in the factory to 1750, 2580 or 3500 LPM.
A stainless steel fixed flow straight stream nozzle for Aaag water monitors, in SS 304 or SS 316, calibrated in the factory to 1750, 2580 or 3500 LPM.
Sizes: 1800 LPM @ 7Bar
A non aspirating fixed flow monitor nozzle whose fog angle can be set anywhere from a 90° wide fog to a straight stream, using spinning or fixed teeth. Gunmetal, with stainless steel as an option.
A fixed flow, non aspirating monitor nozzle in aluminium with fixed teeth, adjustable from a straight stream to a 90° wide fog, for flows up to 2000 GPM depending on monitor size.
The gunmetal master stream nozzle: fixed flow and non aspirating, adjustable from a straight stream to a 90° wide fog, up to 2000 GPM depending on monitor size.
The stainless steel master stream nozzle in SS 304 or SS 316, fixed flow and adjustable from a straight stream to a 90° wide fog, up to 2000 GPM. Aaag shows the same code, G119B, as the gunmetal model, so we confirm the order code with the maker.
A self educting foam and water nozzle in aluminium with a fixed flow and a fog angle adjustable from a 90° wide fog to a straight stream, giving non aspirated foam.
The gunmetal self educting foam and water nozzle, fixed flow, adjustable from a 90° wide fog to a straight stream.
The stainless steel self educting foam and water nozzle, fixed flow, adjustable from a 90° wide fog to a straight stream.
A variable flow version of the stainless steel self educting foam and water nozzle, adjustable from a 90° wide fog to a straight stream.
A self educting foam barrel that gives low expansion foam in a straight stream, fixed flow and rated at 7 bar, for 63 mm monitors.
A monitor nozzle is the discharge head fitted on a fire monitor, and it decides the flow and the pattern. Aaag monitor nozzles connect through a female swivel BSP thread (a flanged inlet on 150 mm monitors for the foam water nozzles), are rated at 7 bar (100 psi) and take a maximum operating pressure of 12 bar (175 psi). Check that the nozzle suits your monitor size: jet nozzles fit 63, 75 and 100 mm monitors, the foam barrel fits 63 mm, and the other types fit monitors from 63 mm to 150 mm.
Jet nozzles (A119 aluminium, G119 gunmetal, S119 stainless steel) give a solid straight stream at a flow calibrated in the factory: 1750, 2580 or 3500 LPM at 7 bar. Aaag describes them as generally used for industrial and mining applications. Where you also need a fog pattern, the jet spray nozzle (119A, 1800 LPM) and the master stream nozzles (A119B, G119B and a stainless steel version, up to 2000 GPM depending on monitor size) adjust from a straight stream to a 90° wide fog.
For foam, the foam water nozzles (A271, G271, S271, and the variable flow S271V) draw in foam concentrate on their own (self educting) and adjust from a 90° wide fog to a straight stream, up to 2000 GPM. The aluminium foam barrel (A272) gives low expansion foam in a straight stream at 1750 or 2580 LPM, with a UV resistant rubber bumper.
Choose the body material for the site: aluminium, gunmetal, or stainless steel (SS 304 or SS 316 for the jet and master stream nozzles). Tell us the monitor make, size and inlet thread, and we will confirm the matching Aaag nozzle.
