Notifier Power Supplies and Panel Modules in Bhopal

Fire alarm systems often need power beyond what the main panel provides, for sounders, strobes and other devices on notification appliance circuits (NAC). Notifier's addressable power supplies sit on the system like other devices, so the panel can monitor them.

The AMPS-24/E is an addressable power supply and battery charger with up to three 24 VDC outputs, working in FlashScan or CLIP (Classic Loop Interface Protocol) mode with the NFS-3030 and NFS2-3030; it can also be the primary supply for the NCA-2 annunciator. The ACPS-610(E) is an auxiliary supply that gives 6 amps of shared power to four outputs while charging batteries from 12 to 200 AH, or 10 amps when used with an external charger.

For INSPIRE N16 panels, the PMB AUX Series is addressable on the CLP bus and gives four power-limited NAC outputs for Class A or Class B wiring, two 24 VDC auxiliary outputs and 6 amps in standby or 8.5 amps in alarm. Up to two can be fitted in an N16x series panel or compatible enclosure.

To add signalling line circuits to ONYX NFS2-640 and NFS2-3030 panels, use the LCM-320 loop control module, which runs up to 12,500 feet (3,810 m) on a Class B SLC loop and has a built-in degraded mode.
