New Age FB 2, FB 10 and FB 20 Self Inducting Foam Branch Pipes
Low expansion foam branch pipes that draw in foam concentrate themselves at a fixed 3% or 6% through a pick-up tube, in aluminium or stainless steel, straight or dome pattern.
Fire Protection System (FPS), a New Age supplier in Bhopal, supplies New Age foam equipment: foam branch pipes, inline inductors including a UL Listed model, high and medium expansion foam generators, UL Listed foam makers for storage tanks, balanced pressure proportioners and mobile foam units.

Standard low expansion foam branch pipes without built in induction, for use with premix foam solution, in aluminium or stainless steel.
Low expansion foam branch pipe for 225 LPM at 7 bar, with a built in inductor, a proportioning valve from 0 to 6% and a shut off valve.
Inline foam inductor for fixed installations, inducting 3% to 6%, in carbon steel with anti corrosive coating or in stainless steel, in sizes 2 inch to 8 inch.
Light, portable inline inductor with an adjustable induction rate from 0% to 6%, a non return valve on the foam inlet and a pick-up tube.
UL Listed inline foam inductor in stainless steel 304, 316 or 316L, with a 3% or 6% induction rate and a pressure range of 80 psi to 200 psi.
A development of the inline inductor that inducts foam at 3% or 6% and also carries the foam a long distance, about 60 m, with BS instantaneous couplings.
Compact, lightweight high expansion foam generator driven by a pelton wheel turbine, for single handed use, supplied as a set with an inline inductor.
Wheel mounted high expansion foam generator with an FRP casing and a fan on the shaft of a water turbine, giving foam expansion of 1:400 to 1:1100.
Self aspirating stainless steel foam generator for fire protection and vapour suppression in bunded or dyked areas, in 225 LPM and 450 LPM capacities.
UL Listed foam maker for fixed roof tanks on low expansion foam systems, in five models from 75 LPM to 2700 LPM, in carbon steel or stainless steel.
UL Listed foam maker for floating roof tanks on low expansion foam systems, in five models from 75 LPM to 2700 LPM, in carbon steel or stainless steel.
Foam maker for subsurface injection of foam into liquid hydrocarbon storage tanks, able to discharge against a back pressure of up to 40% of its inlet pressure, custom designed to the flow.
UL Listed in-line balanced pressure foam proportioner for fixed systems, sea water compatible, covering 110 LPM to 17500 LPM in sizes 50 NB to 200 NB.
Mobile foam cart with a stainless steel tank and a water foam monitor for 300 GPM at 100 psi, for narrow corridors and places fire vehicles cannot reach.
Mobile foam cart with a stainless steel tank for rugged and corrosive sites such as chemical plants, onshore platforms and jetties, in 100, 150 and 200 litre sizes.
Lightweight mobile foam cart with a corrosion resistant FRP tank, for first aid and rapid deployment in high risk areas, in 100, 150 and 200 litre sizes.
Fire fighting foam is made by mixing a small share of foam concentrate into water, usually 3% or 6%, and then adding air. The expansion ratio says how much the foam grows: low expansion foam (1:2 to 1:12 in New Age's branch pipes) is dense and throws a long way, medium expansion foam blankets bunded areas, and high expansion foam (1:200 to 1:1100 in New Age's generators) fills enclosed spaces.
For hose lines, choose how the concentrate is picked up. The FB 2, 10 and 20 branch pipes draw it in themselves at a fixed 3% or 6% through a pick-up tube; the FB 5X has a built in proportioning valve from 0 to 6% and a shut off valve; and the FB 2X, 10X and 20X are for premix solution. Alternatively, an inline inductor goes in the hose line: fixed (3% to 6%), variable (0 to 6%, with a non return valve on the foam inlet) or the UL Listed stainless steel model that works from 80 psi to 200 psi.
For storage tanks, New Age's UL Listed foam makers come in five models covering 75 LPM to 2700 LPM: with a vapour seal chamber for fixed roof tanks, and without one for floating roof tanks. The high back pressure foam maker injects foam below the surface of the stored hydrocarbon and can discharge against a back pressure of up to 40% of its inlet pressure. For fixed systems, the UL Listed in-line balanced pressure proportioner covers 110 LPM to 17500 LPM in sizes 50 NB to 200 NB.
Mobile foam units take foam where fixed piping or fire vehicles cannot reach: the fast attack unit carries a 200 litre stainless steel tank and a monitor for 300 GPM at 100 psi, and FRP and stainless steel tank carts come in 100, 150 and 200 litre sizes. FPS supplies, installs and commissions New Age foam equipment across Madhya Pradesh.
