Open, air aspirating foam-water nozzles for NFPA 16 and NFPA 11 foam-water sprinkler systems that discharge foam from overhead and then water in a spray pattern like a standard sprinkler. The pendent model is UL Listed and FM Approved and the upright model is UL Listed.

A foam pourer that discharges fully aspirated foam into the annular seal area of floating roof storage tanks, for fire or vapour suppression. Its design shields the foam from wind so it runs gently onto the seal, and it is UL Listed and FM Approved.
Choose the device by the tank you are protecting. On a fixed cone roof tank, a foam chamber discharges expanded foam straight onto the liquid surface; NFPA 11 classes it as a Type II discharge device, meaning the foam is laid gently on the fuel with little submergence or agitation. A frangible glass vapour seal keeps tank vapours out of the foam line until the foam solution arrives, and it can be replaced on site. On floating roof tanks, foam makers with pourers or rim seal foam pourers send aspirated foam to the annular seal area between the roof and the tank wall.
Match flow and pressure. HD foam chambers cover 100 to 1800 lpm (26 to 476 gpm), foam makers 75 to 550 lpm and foam pourers 80 to 1400 lpm (21 to 370 gpm), all working at about 40 to 100 psi at the inlet. Each is supplied with a stainless steel orifice, and HD asks for the flow and inlet pressure of each outlet when ordering. Bodies come in carbon steel or stainless steel, epoxy painted inside and outside.
For overhead systems, HD's air aspirating foam-water sprinklers mix air into the foam solution inside the nozzle and spray it like a standard sprinkler, then continue with water.
