HD Fire Mobile Foam Bladder Tank Unit
A self-contained, wheeled foam bladder tank unit for rapid foam attack in high risk places such as loading terminals, oil storage areas, boiler rooms and engine compartments. It needs little effort to move.
Fire Protection System (FPS), an HD Fire dealer in Bhopal, supplies HD mobile fire fighting equipment: wheeled foam units and mobile bladder tanks that one person can move, trolley mounted monitors, and trailer mounted monitors including the HD-CHETAK with its own storage tank. They bring foam or a monitor stream to the spot where it is needed.

A self-contained foam cart on two solid rubber wheels that one person can move, with an inductor and branch pipe for quick foam application. The tank is fibreglass on MF-A or stainless steel on MF-S.
A rugged two wheel trailer carrying a 3, 4 or 6 inch monitor with its water supply manifold, moved by two people or towed behind a light truck or jeep. Water comes from the hydrant network through a coupling at the rear.
A 2 or 4 wheel trailer with a storage tank and a monitor mounted on the tank, which two people can move or a light truck or jeep can tow. The monitor can be manual or remote controlled and is UL Listed or FM Approved.
A hand moved trolley on two solid rubber wheels that carries a 2.5 or 3 inch monitor, fed through a water supply manifold with instantaneous couplings.
For foam, choose between the mobile foam unit and the mobile bladder tank. The mobile foam unit carries foam concentrate in a fibreglass tank (MF-A, 160 litres) or a stainless steel tank (MF-S, up to 180 litres), and an inductor of 225 or 450 lpm draws it into the water from the hose. The mobile bladder tank holds the concentrate in a bladder tank fitted with a 2.5 inch proportioner and a wafer type HD ratio controller. Both come with a foam branch pipe that is FM Approved.
For a portable monitor, size decides the carrier. The trolley mounted monitor takes a 2.5 or 3 inch monitor on two solid rubber wheels and is fed through a manifold with 2 or 4 inlets. The trailer mounted monitor takes a 3, 4 or 6 inch monitor on a two wheel trailer with overrun and manual brakes, four stabiliser legs and a rear manifold with a 2.5 or 4 inch BSP coupling for water from the hydrant network.
HD-CHETAK goes a step further: its trailer, with 2 or 4 wheels, carries a storage tank with the monitor mounted on it, and the monitor can be manual or remote controlled, UL Listed or FM Approved.
